The forms in the following steps are designed to work correctly on Internet Explorer. Additional software required are: Adobe Reader and IBM Lotus Forms Viewer.

Also, make sure that there is a FUNCTIONING PRINTER CONNECTED to print out the check sheet. ALSO, ensure that you are able to digitally sign paperwork and login to websites using your CAC!

Be aware that once your account is created, you must login at least once a month to keep your account active. Failure to do so will result in your account being disabled and possibly deleted by Ft Hood NEC. If that happens, you must create a brand new account!!!
