Austin Wranglers Football Game

The Austin Wranglers had Soldiers from Fort Hood attend their final home game of the regular season. Wranglers and head coach Skip Foster Hosted the Orlando Predators Sunday with a record-breaking crowd of 13,831 in attendance, and the Frank Erwin Center in Austin was alive with anticipation of the Wranglers going to the 2004 playoffs. Though the Predators corralled the Wranglers 43 - 26. The Wranglers playoff hopes are still alive. The Wranglers led by Quarterback John Kaleo # 3 who earned an arena bowl XVII championship ring with Tampa Bay in 2003 hopes to earn another this year with the Wranglers. The Wranglers are currently 8 - 6 and ranked 2nd in their division and 6th in the AFL with two games yet to be played.
