METL CROSSWALK
The
METL Crosswalk
is a Microsoft Access Database derived from the
Combined Arms Training Strategy
(CATS)
The file has been populated with the necessary
information to assist leaders in planning training
strategies at the Company, Center and Detachment
levels. Also, data has been included to provide
further insight for each section within those
training units. By identifying their specific,
corresponding, and collective tasks. This can prove
useful when scheduling training for personnel,
monitoring the progress of that training and
maintaining records of completion.
