Ceremony times will be posted 4 days/96 hours prior to time of ceremony. For more information on how to use and sign up for Twitter, please click here. You can also call 254-618-7604 or 254-287-3397 for updated information on the ceremony times. Official notifications begin 18 hours prior to ceremony. Manifests are subject to change. We recommend that you arrive for the Ceremony at 30 minutes before it begins, this way you do not miss the ceremony if the flight is running early and you have not signed up on Twitter to recieve updates via text messaging to your phone. PLEASE BE ADVISED! There is a heating/cooling tent provided for waiting in prior to the buses arriving at Cooper Field. However, please dress warmly if the forecasted weather is cold. For ceremonies around 6am - 7:30 am, please allow more time for your travel due to morning Physical Training (PT) traffic.

You only need a photo ID and a Visitor's Pass (if you do not have DoD decals) to gain access to post at Main Gate, and Clear Creek. There are directional signs from these gates to get to Cooper Field.                    Directions to Fort Hood                          Directions to Cooper Field
