COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR
Command Sergeant Major Jill L. Crosby entered the United
States Army in February 1991 and completed Basic Training at
Fort Jackson, South Carolina and Advanced Individual Training at
Fort Lee, Virginia as a 76P Materiel Control and Accounting
Specialist. In 1994 her MOS transitioned to a 92A Automated

244th Quartermaster Battalion as a Instructor Writer and B co
266th Quartermaster Battalion as a Drill Sergeant/SR Drill
Sergeant Fort Lee, Virginia, A co 302nd Forward Support
Battalion as a First Sergeant 2ID Camp Casey, Korea, 43D
Sustainment Brigade as the BDE S3 and SPO SGM Fort Carson,
Colorado, G4 Supply and Service SGM 25th Infantry Division(L),
Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
Her deployment experience includes: Operation Enduring Freedom
Command Sergeant Major Crosby has attended all levels of the
Noncommissioned Officers Education System, culminating with the
United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. She is a graduate of
the First Sergeant Course, Air Assault Course, Drill Sergeant
Course and Recruiter Course. CSM Crosby has a Bachelors Degree
in Criminal Justice from American Military University and a
Masters’ degree in Human Resource Management from Trident
Her awards and decorations include the Bronze Star, Meritorious
Service Medal (3OLC), Army Commendation Medal (2OLC), Joint
Service Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal (4OLC),
Meritorious Unit Citation, Army Good Conduct Medal (7th Award),
National Defense Service Medal, Afghan Campaign Medal with

4). CSM Crosby is a recipient of the Order of Saint Martin. CSM
Crosby is married.
