LTC Todd A. Berry
Lieutenant Colonel Todd A. Berry is a native of Shreveport, LA. He entered the United States Army as a Distinguished Military Graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana in 1992. His assignments include tours in the continental United States, Europe, and Afghanistan.
During his military career, LTC Berry has served in a variety of command and staff positions. His previous assignments include Assistant S2, 2nd Brigade; Assistant S2, 3-67 Armor; Platoon Leader, 3-67 Armor; Executive Officer, A Company, 522 Military Intelligence Battalion, all with the 2nd Armored Division, Fort Hood, Texas; Assistant Professor of Military Science at Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Brigade S2, 41st Field Artillery Brigade, Babenhausen, Germany; S1, 165th Military Intelligence Battalion, Darmstadt, Germany, Commander, HHC, 165th Military Intelligence Battalion, Darmstadt, Germany; Observer/Controller, National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California; Division Planner, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Brigade Combat Team S2, 4th Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Combined Task Force S2, 4th Brigade, Combined Joint Task Force 82, Salerno, Afghanistan (OEF 06-08); and Chief of Threat Analysis, Rapid Equipping Force, HQDA G-3/5/7, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
LTC Berry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Centenary College of Louisiana and a Master of Science in Administration (Leadership) from Central Michigan University. His military education includes the Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course, the Infantry Officer Advanced Course, and the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
LTC Berry’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal; Meritorious Service Medal with four OLC; Army Commendation Medal with three OLC; Army Achievement Medal; the Humanitarian Service Medal; the NATO Medal; and the Airborne Badge.

L. Bellotte joined the US Army in October of 1986.
After completing Basic Training at Ft. Jackson SC, she attended
the Defense Language Institute in

for Basic German.
She graduated in October 1987 and continued on to AIT at
Goodfellow AFB as a 98G, Electronic Voice Interceptor.
After graduating AIT she attended the Electronic Warfare
Operators Course at Ft. Devens MA.
From 1988 to 1992 CSM Bellotte served as a German Linguist.
