Service Description

The Customer Service Branch provides general computer assistance to users of the Fort Hood network through the Service Desk. The preferred method of contact is electronically at (select your email certificate when prompted).

Users may also call the ARMY ENTERPRISE SERVICE DESK (1-866-335-ARMY (2769).

NEC Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly service to all customers.
  • Provide accurate information, and log all calls into the ticketing system database. Users should always receive a ticket number from the technician for future reference when calling.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Please provide your computer name to the technician when calling.
