As the Fort Hood Customer Service Officer, I am committed to providing assistance to both the customer and service provider managers across the installation.  Please call 254-288-6260 for any information regarding customer service or the ICE Program.

Note:  The ICE Program is an immediate feedback process, designed to address, not resolve customer service related issues only.  Resolution is a by-product of addressing customer service related issues.  

Issues that are personal in nature and relative to the military command structure are better suited to be dealt with through the Chain of Command, the Inspector General's Office or the Chaplain's Office.
