The Spiritual Fitness Center, at Fort Hood, offers a variety of Comprehensive Fitness services to the Total Army Family. It assists it customers in discovering their inner-path and the essence of their being or the deepest values and meanings by which they live.

    Comprehensive Soldier Fitness Performance and Resilience Enhancement Program


    Trainers teach individuals to acquire, practice and master the mental and emotional skills that are the foundation of human performance. You can better yourself by attending a class or meeting one-on-one for the following areas:

  • Lastly, the MRT (Master Resiliency Training) Program is designed to aid commanders in the benefits of Resiliency Training to their unit and the goals for their program. To assist unit MRT's in building and executing training plans tailored to unit needs. Additionally, the program incorporates Army Community Services to conduct a Family Resilience Academy to link soldiers and family members across our four CSF Pillars.
