PLANS & OPS DIVISION FUNCTIONS

The Plans and Operations Division is the nexus of all planning policies and procedures relevant to the management of all hazard response. It coordinates the execution of test, training and exercises on matters that impact Fort Hood and its AOR, while improving responsiveness during emergency and eliminates duplication of efforts.
