DPTMS Functions

The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security synchronizes internal and external activities that support the development and protection of the War-Fighters, the civilian workforce, and the family members assigned to the installation. The functions are executed through the divisions and branches, and encompass the following:

Provide C2 for emergency management response and consequence management operations

Manage and schedule Live, Virtual and Constructive training capabilities, IAW III Corps priorities and policy, including ranges, training areas, battle command training and training aids/devices

Manage Mobilization and Demobilization operations

Supervise the execution of the Force Protection and Anti-terrorism Program

Manage personnel security clearances, industrial security, and classified holdings functions

Develop and execute Installation Emergency Response and Consequence Management Plans
