Operations & Maintenance Division
The division is made up of tradesman and craftsmen who perform maintenance and repair to buildings and facilities (except family housing), such as heating,ventilation and air conditioning,carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Trained crews provide maintenance andrepair to paved and unpaved roads,overhead high voltage electrical systems, traffic control devices, and utilities, i.e.water, waste water, and natural gas systems (Dominion Energy and American Water Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO) come through the Service Order Desk). Employees fabricate and install unit motorpools and unit headquarter’s (BN,BDE,DIV only) signs, install and repair locks, and manage fleet maintenance. Support is also provided to the training mission in the range areas, at airfields, and to mobilization.

Responsible for managing effective execution of maintenance and sustainment operations including quality assurance, preventive maintenance, dig permits and outage activities. Manages business operations activities for the Division.

Municipal and Utilities Service Contract Branch
Responsible for managing various installation-wide service contracts. Our “cradle-to-grave” management includes initiating, planning, programming, designing/developing, assisting with acquisition, monitoring, and administering these contracts. Responsible for engineering, planning, and management of the installation utility infrastructure systems to include high voltage electrical distribution, water, wastewater, and natural gas.
