Real Property Branch. Our mission is to place the customer into the best facilities possible to meet organizational requirements. Besides assigning existing facility space, Real Property can provide alternative facility services to meet customer requirements through leasing off post and other options. Real Property provides assistance on Key Loss and Re-Keying; Report of Survey (Key/Locks) for all facilities other than barracks. Real Property's staff performs inventory management, property authorization inspection functions, and all Real Estate actions to include leases, permits, land transfers, easements, and licenses.

Planning Branch. Our mission is sustain the Fort Hood mission, environment, and community and to make Fort Hood the best planned and managed installation in the Department of Defense. The Planning Branch plans for future expansion and community integration of Army family, quality of life, environmental and mission needs by using a Comprehensive Army Master Planning Synchronization System. We direct and plan installation development to blend with the local community development. We support the Army customer by planning and programming Military Construction, Army (MCA), Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA), and Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) projects. The Planning Branch is the cornerstone for making Fort Hood known as "The Great Place!"
