The Test Center offers four different career and interest inventories used to help individuals develop career and study plans. These inventories compare an individual's occupational interests in specific careers and reflect a broad range of technical and professional positions in today's workplace.

These inventories have been purchased by appropriated funds and are free to active duty military and reserve components.
 
Inventory Description Delivery
KUDER 1. Used by service members or transitioning members.
2. Suggests promising occupations and college majors.
3. Can help plan education goals for life-long direction.

SII (Strong Interest Inventory) 1. Measures interests in careers.
2. Strong Interest Inventory helps individuals with one goal in mind: To match their interests with satisfying careers.
3. An essential resource for help launching a new career or considering a career change.
4. Provides an in-depth assessment of a person's interests among a broad range of occupations, work/leisure activities and education subjects.

CAI (Career Assessment Inventory) 1. Help with career decisions measuring interests requiring a minimum of post-secondary education (community college, technical or business training.
2. Scales indicate interest areas which the individual have in common with employees who are successfully employed in that field.

MBTI (Myers-Brigs Type Indicator) 1. MBTI helps individuals understand their strengths and evaluates the differences and similarities.
2. It is a Personality Indicator. It shows who can work better together.
